Punishment of the crime

1. On January 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 05:00 on January 13, 2016, the Defendant ordered the payment of the price in the “J sing shop” operated by the victim I located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan; (b) as if he/she is able to pay the price despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she ordered the drinking; and (c) he/she acquired property profits by being provided by the victim with the total market value of KRW 1.60,000,000, such as two weeks, three bottles, and fruits.

On February 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 18:20 on February 9, 2016, at the main point of “M” operated by the victim L in Geum-gu, Busan, the Defendant ordered alcohol, etc. as if he/she would be able to pay the price despite having no intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she ordered it; and (b) acquired property profits with the total market price of KRW 2.70,000,000 from the damaged person, such as both weeks and two weeks.
