Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On May 18, 2015, at D stores located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on May 17:30, 2015, the Defendant, at D stores located in Guro-gu, Guro-gu, Seoul, had a 340,000 won of cash owned by the victim E and stolen the unclaimed wall at the market price.
B. On May 23, 2015, at around 22:13, 2015, the Defendant cut off a locking device after arbitrarily inserting a password of the victim’s 430,000 won of the market price owned by the victim, which was set up in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, on the front of the residence of the victim G located in Geumcheon-gu.
2. Special larceny;
A. On May 20, 2015, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) opened an I restaurant located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H; (b) opened the locks installed on the entrance; (c) destroyed and damaged the entrance; and (d) intruded the restaurant; and (c) stolen the cash of KRW 30,000 owned by the victim J, which was located in the saving depository located in the front of the area.
B. Around 02:00 on May 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a lock and entrance door installed at the same place; (b) opened a locked by breaking the key; (c) opened the lock in hand; and (d) intruded a restaurant; (c) went into the restaurant; and (d) stolen the cash owned by the victim J, which was located in the credit cooperative in the account unit, with 22,000 won.
C. On May 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 04:04, at L restaurants located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K, opened the locks installed on the entrance, destroyed them, and intrudes into restaurants after destroying them, and stolen KRW 20,000 in cash owned by the victim M, who was in the credit cooperative for calculating the place thereof.
3. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. On May 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on May 22, 2015, when the Defendant opened a window and collected losses, intrudes into the door door with a percentage of the locking device of the entrance, and intrudes into the door door.
