[Criminal facts]

1. Night-time larceny of a structure intrusiond by victims C, and special larceny;

A. On February 4, 2018, at around 00:0, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a total of KRW 20,500,000 and a total of KRW 20,000,000, in cash, which was located in the victim C, located in the street near the E cafeteria located in the wife population D, with locking the door door attached to the entrance below, and entered the door, with a locking door, and opened the door, and opened the door, with a cash of KRW 20,50,00, which was owned by the victim.
