Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2002, Defendants, F, and G decided to escape abroad, in collusion with F and G, to receive an advance payment from the owners of entertainment places in the Republic of the People's Republic of China, and to escape abroad if they enter Korea.

1. The Defendants’ fraud against the victim H in collusion with F and G on April 25, 2002, the trade name “J” for the operation of the victim H located in Seosan-si I, and the victim’s “F and A” 20 million won each from other business places, G 15 million won each, and C 8 million won each, with the victim’s advance payment. However, in fact, the Defendants did not have the intent or ability to work at the above point, even if they received the advance payment from the injured party, because they planned to escape abroad by receiving the advance payment from the injured party as seen above.

On April 27, 2002, the Defendants: (a) by deceiving the victim; and (b) received a total of KRW 83 million from the damaged party to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in F on April 27, 2002.

Accordingly, the Defendants received property from the injured party in collusion with F and G.

2. On April 26, 2000, the Defendants in collusion with F and G, and the victim K who operates entertainment centers in the name of “N” in front of L in Pyeongtaek-si around 16:00 on April 26, 200, and Defendant A, Defendant B, and F meet the victim K, and Defendant A, Defendant B, and F are working at other business places at the present, and require the victim to pay 15 million won each.

From April 30, 2002 to start work at the above entertainment point.

Defendant C and G continue to engage in a false statement, and Defendant C and G have been working for the victim at the main point in the present week, but the victim has been given leave to F, etc.
