Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 14:00 on June 3, 2015, Defendant A and B conspired with each other to enter “F” on the first floor of Daejeon Seosung-gu E, Daejeon-gu, the head of an entertainment center as “F” to the victim G, who is an employee of the main office of the entertainment center, work for the main office of the entertainment center, and 5,00,000 won on the first page of the advance payment, to work for the main office of the entertainment center.” The Defendants entered the borrowed amount of KRW 5,00,000 won on the advance payment, and delivered it to the victim with each other as joint guarantor.
