Punishment of the crime

1. No person other than Defendant A person handling narcotics shall trade, assist in the trade of, give or receive, possess, use, control, prepare, administer, provide, etc. psychotropic drugs;

The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

On February 24, 2014, around 14:00, the Defendant issued to B approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drugs (tentatively named “componon”; hereinafter referred to as “conononon”) 0.5g (tentatively named “comon”).

B. On February 26, 2014, around 01:00, the Plaintiff drank approximately 0.03 ghonphones in Busan East-gu F by burning about 302 honphones.

Accordingly, the Defendant received and administered psychotropic drugs by a person who is not a narcotics handler.

On January 24, 2014, at around 17:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophonephones into a single-use divers, by dilutioning 0.03g of philophones into his left arms booms,

(d) dilution approximately 0.05g of the foregoing phiphonephones on the ground of their diversary divers and in one-time diversary divers and injection them into their versary pots;

(e) around 16:00 on February 26, 2014: (a) deliver approximately 0.05g of the foregoing penphones to J free of charge within the car parked at the Sinsan University parking lot located in Yangsan-dong, Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si; and (b) deliver approximately 0.05g of the above penphones to J without compensation;
