Punishment of the crime

A person other than a person handling narcotics shall not administer, deliver, or receive psychotropic drugs, and the Defendants shall not be the person handling narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. At around 19:40 on January 19, 2019, the Defendant issued and received psychotropic drugs, free of charge, 0.05 g of Maspiles that were contained in the one-time injection machine (hereinafter “copon”).

Psychotropic drugs have been administered by inserting 0.06g of philophones in custody at the time, place, and by inserting them into a single-use injection machine, dilution of aquatic products, and injection of psychotropic drugs.

C. At around 13:00 on February 10, 2019, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs by inserting 0.06g of philophonephones in a single-use injection machine, which was in custody of scophophones from scopics, into a single-use injection machine, and inserting them into scopic beer.
