A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. At around 18:00 on July 17, 2016, the Defendant transferred KRW 2,000,000 to the national bank account in the name of the member bank account in the name of the Defendant, as the purchase price for psychotropic drugs, and purchased psychotropic drugs by receiving approximately 3 gramphones delivered by D at the Daejeon Complex Terminal Cargo Handling Office located in the Dong-dong, Daejeon, Daejeon at around 22:00 on the same day.
2. Around 02:00 on July 20, 2016, the Defendant provided psychotropic drugs by putting approximately 0.3g of philopon to G at the Modles near the F Station located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and 0.3g of philopon to G without compensation.
3. At around 04:00 to 05:00 on July 20, 2016, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.05g of philopon into four parts of the I market near Sungnam-si H, G, J, K and a single-use injection machine, respectively, and dilution them into their arms and dives.
4. On July 30, 2016, at around 01:00 to 02:00, the Defendant sold psychotropic drugs by selling approximately 0.6 grams of opon to G with the receipt of KRW 300,000 from G, and with the receipt of KRW 300,000 from G.
5. On July 30, 2016, the Defendant provided psychotropic drugs by giving approximately 0.05 g of philopon to a person who was killed in the name (M) at the same place as the foregoing paragraph 4 at the time of the invasion.
6. At around 05:00 on August 8, 2016, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.05 grams in the “Ocom” located in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu N, Incheon, and by dilutioning it with bio-phone 0.05gs into the Defendant’s own arms.
7. On August 8, 2016, at around 05:30 on August 8, 2016, the Defendant kept a psychotropic drug by putting 0.092g of phiphones in plastic bags.
