A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On March 26, 2016, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won from the mutual friend club and name Buddhist boxes (one name D) in front of the trade friend in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with approximately 1g of marijuana, around the same day, and smoked in a way of drinking by using friend bottles demanding a smoke generated with a fire equivalent to about 1g of the said marijuana in front of the trade convenience store located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Station.

2. Assistance in the trade of marijuana;

A. On April 27, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 800,000 from E to the account used by the Defendant upon receiving the request to rescue marijuana from E, and received 80,000 won to the account used by the Defendant, and then received 80,000 won from the name Buddhist winners (title D), and around that time, received approximately 37,00 won from E in the vicinity of G stations located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and received approximately 10,000 won under the name of 10,000 won.

As a result, the Defendant assisted the trade of marijuana between E and the above-nameless boxes.

B. On June 24, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 300,000 from E to the account used by the Defendant upon receiving a request to rescue marijuana from E, and received approximately 300,000 won from the name Buddhist winners (one name D), and around that time, received approximately 1g of marijuana from E in the vicinity of the I Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for approximately 50,000 won under the name of a fluoral and flusium.

As a result, the Defendant assisted the trade of marijuana between E and the above-nameless boxes.
