A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 14, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court, and was exempted from the execution of a sentence by special amnesty on August 15, 2015 in the original prison.
1. Intrusion upon a structure, theft on January 22, 2016;
A. On January 22, 2016, the Defendant infringed on a structure: (a) around 14:06, and around 14:06, the instant instant officetel managed by the victim D in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si; (b) on the one hand, F saw him/her into and enter a bank; and (c) stolen the bank; and (d) intruded the structure managed by the victim by entering a third-story female toilet via the studio.

At the time of the above day, the Defendant: (a) entered the instant officetel 3 female toilets; (b) opened the said officetel 1,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (c) 10,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (d) 1,000 won in 40,000 won in market value; and (e) 1,000,000 won in Samsung Galle-ju in 1,000,000 won in market value; and (e) 1,80,000 won in fluor in fluor in fluor of the Plaintiff’s side column; and (e) fluor in fluor in fluor of the Plaintiff’s fluor;
2. On January 24, 2016, the Defendant found two copies of agricultural credit cards owned by the victim G, which are owned by the victim G, at the end of a bus stops located adjacent to the original bus terminal located in 317, as the window at Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul, on January 24, 2016.
Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
3. On January 24, 2016, the Defendant presented one of the agricultural credit cards acquired under the preceding two paragraphs to the victim, among the agricultural credit cards acquired under the preceding two paragraphs, by purchasing silents equivalent to KRW 6,000 at the 317 Changwon-si bus terminal waiting room, as the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si.
