Criminal facts

[2017 Highest 807] On February 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and two months and a fine of three hundred thousand won in the Changwon District Court for special larceny, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on July 21, 2016.

1. On November 28, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) purchased e convenience stores located in Da, Jinwon-si, Jinwon-si, and (b) purchased e-mail, e-mail, e-mail, and 1 joints, and used G credit cards by acquiring e-mail, e-mail, e-mail, and e-mail, e-mail, e-mail from the victim F, who is the business owner of the place of the purchase; and (b) the Defendant completed the credit card theft from G, such as 1-2 joints of attached crime list 1,300, as if the Defendant was the legitimate right holder of the above card, delivered the victim with 46,300,000 won of total market price, and received 370,000,000 won of total from the victim and the victim’s H, and used G credit cards in the same way as in the same manner.

3. On November 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless Driving) is a university which has established the window of Changwon-si without obtaining a bicycle bicycle license for a motor engine device around 01:00 on November 15, 201, two students’ dormitories from the 2nd bicycle storage facility to the 3nd bicycle storage facility.
