A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. The Defendant committed a crime against the victim C within the E convenience point that is managed by the injured party D at the window of Changwon-si around August 27, 2016, by the victim of the crime, around 01:40, the victim “Isker.”

After inducing the victim to cooling, the victim 3,50,000 won (per 30,000 won per 10,000 won) stated in cash (per 10,000 won per 30,000 won per 50,00 won) that was laid under the clater’s safe between the clater and the beer’s beer’s beer and stolen.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On September 14, 2016, from around 21:50 to around 22:10, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim I, with intent to steal money and valuables in the “K Beauty room” operated by the victim at the window of Changwon-si, which was operated by the victim from around 21:50 on September 14, 2016. The Defendant invaded the back door of the cosmetic room, which was not corrected by going beyond the inner wall of the said cosmetic room, by hand, carried the victim’s cash owned by the victim in the face of the calculation team.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen money and valuables by intrusion on the structure managed by others at night.

B. On September 21, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim L with intent to steal money and valuables from the “N” operated by the injured party on the window M of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, with intent to commit the crime, and intrudes with the unrectible back door by hand, and then intrudes with the unrectible back door in his/her hands, and was on the string of the calculation unit.
