A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on May 16, 2017 by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on March 1, 2018, which became final and conclusive on March 1, 2018. On July 25, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 2, 2018.
