1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months and by a fine of two thousand won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

A is the captain of the D(59 tons, the present side meals) of the trawls fishing boat D(59 tons, the present side meals) in the East Sea of the loading of the Gyeongbuk-gun, and the defendant B is the owner of the above D.

1. Defendant A

(a) No fishing vessel violating the Fishery Resources Management Act shall use any fishing activity with the help of other fisheries in order to enhance the effect of capture of the fishery permitted to the relevant fishing vessel;

(b) If the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries deems it necessary for the sustainable use of fishery resources and coordination in fisheries, he/she may restrict the size, form, quantity of use, method of use, etc. for each type of fishery business for which permission has been granted, and in the case of underwater traws in the same year.
