A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 25, 2013, around 00:55, the Defendant expressed the victim F (the age of 27) who was withdrawing money from cash withdrawal in front of E-mail, and took the victim’s face twice by drinking son and twice by selling elbow.

As a result, the defendant, who is in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, was the victim's right to recover from the baby.

2. On April 25, 2013, at around 00:59, the Defendant: (a) confirmed the personal information of the Defendant and F; (b) confirmed the victim Nonindicted Party H(56 years of age) and the victim guard I (52 years of age) who was called out after receiving a report of assault from the said F before the said Empt; (c) tried to return to the Defendant under the influence of alcohol; and (d) the Defendant left the patrol vehicle.

피고인은 거제시 D에 있는 J 부근 노상에서 위 순찰차 운전석 뒷부분을 발로 차고 소지하고 있던 휴대폰으로 운전석 뒤 아크릴 보호칸막이를 수회 때려 순찰차량을 정지시켜 차량에서 내린 후, 주먹으로 위 H의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 발로 위 H의 정강이 부위를 수회 걷어찼다.

피고인은 이어서 이를 제지하는 위 I의 얼굴을 주먹으로 수회 때리고 발로 위 I의 정강이 부위를 수회 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) committed an internal gambling event that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the above H; and (b) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to the suppression of crime and maintenance of order.
