A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

1. The Defendant: (a) heard the horses that “she was raped with H” from D, E, F, G, and F; and (b) thought H with D, E, F, and G in a mixed manner.

4. On October 17, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim N, committed at KRW 22:20,000, on the ground that the Defendant came to a trial for the following reasons: (a) at the “P” entertainment bar located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si; and (b) with the Victim N (17 years old); and (c) a part of the victim, such as the victim’s mustache, etc., once.
