A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who sells Buddhist goods.

No one shall invite an alien to enter the Republic of Korea by fraudulent means, such as a false statement of fact or a false fidelity guarantee, or arrange such invitation, in order to allow the alien to enter the Republic of Korea.

The Defendant: (a) received a proposal from D, etc., four arms, which “I would invite four arms, and then send a false invitation letter; (b) would have the believers sell four arms and receive money from them.” (c) On January 2014, the Defendant proposed that “I would invite four arms in F’s name and sell four arms to the believers,” and that G accepted this proposal. (d) G accepted the proposal.

In fact, G’s L is operated by G and there is no other inspection, and C and D import of D’s Buddhist goods from D and sell them to the believers participating in the event so that they can enjoy profits from selling them. However, G, as notified by the Defendant, “F is about 150 Buddhist temples across the country, about 200 Buddhist temples, and about 50,000 Buddhist agents nationwide, and about 50,000 Buddhist agents, to attract four minutes of N from October 10, 2014 to November 30, 2014 (30 days) from the end of inspection to the end of November 30, 2014.

In preparing a letter of invitation stating the false fact, and delivering documents, such as a certificate of personal seal impression, identification number certificate, etc., necessary for the invitation of four buyers, including this, to the Defendant via C, and the Defendant: (a) on October 10, 2014, to the four arms H; and (b) on October 10, 2014

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea submitted visa (C31) documents.

In addition, the defendant, in collusion with C, D, etc., entered the list of crimes in attached Form from that time until May 4, 2016.
