Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:30 on July 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim by taking three times into consideration the victim D(the age of 55) with her hand floor as her hand and her hand, without any reason, at the main point of “C” located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul; (b) the Defendant, without any reason, committed assault against the victim.

2. At around 21:40 of the same day as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant committed an assault against police officers regarding the prevention and investigation of a police officer’s crime while arrested and being investigated in a flagrant offender in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, a police box for the Police Station in force of such assault as above, and during the investigation, “There is no need for such self-grasation, slaughter..” The Defendant took a bath to “bruse” from G, and was subject to the control of the situation, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention and investigation of a police officer’s crime.
