Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

At around 01:40 on June 23, 2013, the Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C had been under the influence of alcohol on the roads in front of the Syang City, facing each other, while they had a way to face each other, and Defendant B had been under the influence of alcohol. Defendant B had been misunderstanding that Defendant A had committed a noise to himself, and became under the influence of each other.

Accordingly, Defendant A: (a) laid one of the small-scale soldiers who were purchased at a convenience store, laid down one disease on the floor; (b) broken the rest of one disease; and (c) threatened Defendant B and Defendant C with the threat that “I am dead,” and (d) Defendant B divided two of the scar frames on the side of the street trees into two hands, and the scar frame was replaced by one another.

1. Defendant A suffered injury to a shoulderer who is a dangerous object during the process of being replaced as above, such as a shoulderer with the chest part of the victim C(35 years of age) about 4 times, fiff and the left side fife requiring treatment for about 14 days, and a diffed part of the above arms, which requires treatment for about 14 days.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

2. Defendant B and Defendant C conspired with the victim A (the age of 35) while putting the victim’s face while putting the victim’s face on one occasion by drinking, Defendant C ran the victim’s two arms after putting the victim’s face into the floor. Defendant B 10 times prior to approximately 17 days of head of the victim’s head, which is a dangerous object used by his hand. Defendant B 5 times of walking in the body of the victim, inflicted injury on the victim, such as an open body of two feet, which requires treatment for about 17 days.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to inflict bodily injury on the victim by carrying dangerous objects.
