Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:45 on February 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered that D, known as drinking customers and employees, was playing with other males, such as the victim E (47 years of age) and victim F (43 years of age) in the room No. 3 “C,” located on the second floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B; (b) decided that D was out of the room; (c) decided that D was rejected; and (d) allowed the victim E to take out the part of the said D, which was a dangerous object from the victim E; (b) decided that the victim’s knife and was in possession of the dangerous object ( approximately 20cm in length, about 8cm in length, about knife, about 10cm in length); and (c) continued to put the victim’s knife to the left part of the knife for treatment; and (d) decided that the victim’s knife’s knife’s left part would be the victim’s left part.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim E with injury, and threatened the victim F.
