A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a Chinese nationality, between the victim B (31 years of age), C (25 years of age), and D, with the Chinese route design.

1. The Defendant used the knife knife, which is a dangerous object, on several occasions, to tear the knife the knife of the victim’s external side, etc.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
