Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the 38 years of age) are married.

At around 22:20 on October 21, 2018, the Defendant demanded the victim to have sexual intercourse at the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-si C Apartment D, but refused to do so. When the ordinary victim has come to a dispute with a problem that does not look at the house, the Defendant brought about about about about about about about about about about about 15cm of the kitchen (total length of the kitchen), which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen and left hand, and threatened the victim with “I will come to the boom and come to the boom.
