1. Intrusion upon residence and theft;

A. On November 1, 2015, the Defendant, on November 1, 2015, opened an unlocked gate at around 13:10 on November 1, 2015, and intruded into the victim’s residence in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with 100,000 won of panty and brogate8 points, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was suffering from a dried dys immediately thereafter, was at least 10,000 won.
