A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

In order to resolve one's sexual desire, the defendant has raised a mind to steal clothes that are suffering from a female save, etc.

1. Night-time theft;

A. On October 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00, the Victim C’s house located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, China-gu; (b) made the front part of the clothes around the Defendant’s arms in a ancient pattern; and (c) cut off the Defendant’s arms using the above clothes; and (d) made it a single panty 4, brocon, brocon, one brocon, and one brocon for women, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 100,000,000, the Defendant used the above clothes.

B. On October 2016, the Defendant, at around 02:00, committed the theft of the victim’s house, with two panty panty, two brode, one brode, one blue brode, one brode, and one brode brode, the market value of the victim’s house, which was rapidly dried by the aforementioned method, was equivalent to KRW 90,00,000.

2. On March 10, 2017, around 13:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a panty panty, brue 4, brue 2, 1, and 1,000 won in the market price owned by the victim in the middle-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu; (b) opened an unresh gate; and (c) cut off the panty 3,70,000 won in the market price owned by the victim in the dried belt.
