Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 13, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Incheon District Court, and was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul High Court on April 29, 2010, and on August 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment for night residence intrusion larceny at the Incheon District Court and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ansan Prison on September 19, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On September 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the Central Staff Hahn Happ, Incheon Bupyeong-gu D, and 102, through a gate written in the victim C’s house; and (b) cut off the house through the gate, which was written in the victim’s thought of theft; and (c) took one copy of the victim’s market price, which is the victim’s possession in the dried belt, with the victim’s share of KRW 100,00,000.

B. From the end of May 2018 to June 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the first place in P.M.; (b) through the gate opened in the place indicated in paragraph (a); and (c) cut off the house through the gate in which the Defendant thought that the property was stolen; and (d) was stolen by the victim C, the market price of which is the victim C, who was in the first place in the dried belt, with a Chapter 30,000 won.

As a result, the defendant intrudes upon the victim's residence, was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, etc., and again stolen the victim's property within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed.

2. On May 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate that is closed at the victim E’s house located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on May 24, 2018; (b) opened the gate; (c) opened the gate; and (d) committed a theft by towing one set of a rash bicycle equivalent to KRW 300,000 at the market price of the victim’s ownership that was set up and set up at the Ma.

As a result, the defendant intrudes upon the victim's residence, was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, etc., and again stolen the victim's property within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed.
