Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;
A. The Defendant in L’s occupational embezzlement from around 2009 to March 2015 worked as an employee from “L” operated by the victim K (39 years of age) in Mapo-gu Seoul, and was engaged in the maintenance of cars and the management of cars.
On December 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) transferred to Kwikset Service four market values of KRW 680,000 at the market price, which are owned by the victim and kept in custody in the warehouse for business; and (b) received money from C to the national bank account in the name of P for the same day from the mother of the Defendant to the national bank account in the name of P.
In addition, the Defendant embezzled 25,50,000 won at a total of 32 times between December 23, 2013 and February 4, 2015, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1) as shown in the attached list of crimes.
B. From March 2015 to September 24, 2016, the victim J (35) operated in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government R from March 2015 to September 24, 2016 worked as an employee and engaged in the automobile maintenance and typ management.
(1) Around April 2015, the Defendant sent back two market prices equivalent to 340,000,000, which are owned by the injured party at the warehouse from the above QTT sales store and used for business at the store, for Kwikset service, to E running the “TK Center” in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, and embezzled by receiving KRW 160,000 from E for the same price.
(2) On October 2015, the Defendant owned the victim’s 4 market value at the store from the sales store of the above QTT to the store, and owned the victim’s 680,000 market value.
(b) (1) sent to E in the same manner as described in paragraph (1) and embezzled money equivalent to KRW 320,000 as the price paid from E during the same day.

A thief Defendant shall keep the victim K in a warehouse with the victim K set up in the above L around May 2, 2015.
