A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a container window at the camping-gu Office located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju; (b) around 20:00, on September 2016, the Defendant stolen at night buildings, 120, namely, the sum of KRW 7,670,000, including the total amount of KRW 15,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 6,500,000, and KRW 120,000, market price of which is equivalent to KRW 80,000, and KRW 370,000.

2. On October 2016, the Defendant: (a) thief and intrusion on a theft and structure came into the F storage store located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, and intrudes into the storage warehouse located in Gwangju-gu; (b) 300,000 won in total of the market price of the victim G’s 1,00,000 won in 1,00,000 won in total, and 200,000,000 won in the market price.

3. Special larceny.

A. On December 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) went to the storage of I goods located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju; (b) destroyed the lock-out system of the entrance; (c) entered the said storage; and (d) went into the said storage; and (d) abused the Defendant’s temporary theft of KRW 785,00 in total, including 2 set of 15,000 and 150,000 in the market value of the circulation equipment and 2 set of 150,000 in the market value.

B. On April 26, 2017, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) went into a warehouse in North-gu, Gwangju; (b) destroyed and intruded into the said warehouse by using a kacker knife, which was prepared in advance, using the knife of the part that was used as the water network; and (c) 120 out of the market price of the victim’s M being kept in the said warehouse.

On July 30, 2017, at around 22:55, the Defendant: (a) entered and intruded into the said office by using the dives that were prepared in advance in the office which became a container of the camping-gu in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju; and (b) into the market price managed by the Defendant N.
