Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On March 25, 2013, at around 16:48, the Defendant purchased goods, such as female clothes, from “G” in the operation of the Victim FF in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul, and had the victim pay the stolen H-owned national credit card as if he were the lawful holder, and had the victim pay the same by the said credit card, and then received the goods from the victim in total amount of KRW 45,00,000 from the market value and acquired it by fraud, and used the stolen credit card.

B. On March 25, 2013, at around 16:59, the Defendant purchased 1 ambling rice in the “Kart” operated by the victim J in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu Seoul, and delivered the said national credit card to L, who is an employee of the same place as he/she is the legitimate owner, so that he/she would settle the payment by the said L, and then received goods worth a sum of 34,400 won in the market price from L and acquired it by defrauding it and used stolen credit cards.

C. On March 25, 2013, at around 17:20, the Defendant purchased a copy of the “Ndong” operated by the victim M in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and issued the said national credit card to the said victim as if he/she was a legitimate owner, thereby allowing the said victim to settle the payment by the said credit card, and then acquired the goods equivalent to 40,000 won at the same place and acquired it by fraud, and used the stolen credit card.

On March 25, 2013, at around 17:30 on March 25, 2013, the Defendant purchased a charge from a cafeteria operated by the victim P in Seongbuk-gu Seoul P, thereby allowing the said victim to pay the amount equivalent to 66,00 won at the market price by delivering the national credit card to the said victim as he/she is a legitimate owner, allowing the said victim to pay the amount by the said credit card as he/she is the legitimate owner, and acquired the goods from the market price to

E. On March 25, 2013, the Defendant R R in the Government-Si of Gyeonggi-do around 21:00.
