A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment for larceny at the Gwangju District Court on August 12, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gwangju District Court on November 18, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen cash owned by the victim, and illegally used another person's credit card stolen.
3. On July 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00 on July 26, 2016, at the victim JJ’s house located in Busan Southern-gu I apartment complex No. 102 Dong 1504 on July 26, 2016; (b) used the cres that the said victim was going out and stolen by using the cres that the said victim would take off.
