Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On March 11, 2016, around 01:30 on March 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gap in which the Victim D’s Corporate Bank C’s physical bank cards, which had been put above the cash withdrawal machine at the convenience store located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, were stolen by taking advantage of the gap in which employees’ surveillance was neglected.

B. On March 11, 2016, around 03:49, the Defendant collected a stolen physical card from Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and then withdrawn 301,200 won and stolen it.

On March 11, 2016, around 03:55, the Defendant: (a) stored a stolen physical card at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G and at H convenience store in a cash withdrawal machine as above; and (b) withdrawn 301,200 won on the back of the card and stolen it.

(d)

On March 11, 2016, between the Defendant and Seoul, the Defendant collected a stolen physical card, as mentioned above, from J Suwon-gu’s cash entrance and exit machines located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and then withdrawn a sum of five million won per one million won each by dividing the passwords stated on the back of the card.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. At around 19:00 on March 10, 2016, the Defendant, without a vehicle driver’s license, driven Kone Star Co., Ltd. at the pressure-gu elementary school located in the pressure-dong Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the front day of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Twindong.

B. On March 10, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the said Lone Star Co., Ltd. to the “A” parking lot located in Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, at around 22:00, on March 10, 2016.

The Defendant, without a driver’s license on March 11, 2016, departing from the Seocho-gu PC room located in the Seocho-gu Yang Jae-dong on March 11, 2016 and departing from the above 1-B through 4.

In order to commit the crime of this subsection, the above F, H convenience stores, and J manualers were driven by the above Lone Star Tex to the pressure-gu elementary school via the above F, H and J.
