The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged - On August 22, 2018, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim C (in South, 57 years old) and the parking problems in front of the Busan Southern-gu B on August 22, 2018, the Defendant committed assault, such as 3-4 times booming the victim’s vessel on the south-gu B, the right blus and flusssium, and flusiuming the victim’s vessel by using a large sound so that people can hear.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable legal provisions: Articles 311 (Mad Bathing) and 260 (1) (Assault) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act (a crime subject to prosecution upon complaint) and Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act (a crime of assault and insurrection)
