The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. On November 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 15:10 on November 9, 2017, at a container office in the construction site located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; and (b) on the victim D (as such, 54 years old); and (c) on the other hand, the Defendant met well.
