The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant and C are the father, and C is currently hospitalized in the D hospital due to the disease of the trajectal training commander.

A. On September 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) explained the need for surgery for C patients within 2501 of D Hospital No. 2501 located in Seocheon-si, Ma on September 14, 2017, and (b) led the victim F (27 years of age, South) to the Defendant, on the ground that he does not fit his mind; and (c) led the victim’s bat to the elevator in the instant hospital.

B. On September 4, 2017, around 14:00, the Defendant explained to the Defendant that the victim G (46 years of age, women) around D Hospital 251 D Hospital 251 C in Bupyeong-si, Ma-si, D Hospital 14:00, the Defendant explained to the Defendant that the victim’s central beer inserted into C patients, and the Defendant himself “I am for this weather year, Nice, and I am for these things.”
