A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 11, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of interference with business, etc. at the Changwon District Court Msan Branch, and completed the execution of the above punishment on March 27, 2015.
1. 3.
