A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

2. In early 08:00 on September 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the said restaurant, and the Defendant appeared to have an attitude of harming the victim’s body, such as “Ig, Igth, Igk, and Kimchi,” and intending to cause harm to the victim when I wanted to be rejected from the victim,” and (b) stated that “Ig, Ig to say Ig to say Ig to say Ig to “Ig, Igk Kimchi, Igk?” and tried to cut off Kimchi, but Defendant attempted to do so at the wind.

3. On September 25, 2014, from around 17:00 to around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol at the above 'E’ restaurant; (b) was asked from the victim to move to the entrance of the said restaurant; and (c) was asked by the victim to move to the restaurant; (d) the Defendant expressed that “I do not want to do so ? By doing so, it interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

4. On September 26, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectives, deadly weapons, etc.) cited a kitchen, which is a dangerous thing located in a restaurant, after the victim, etc. who was a cleaning agent, in his/her own hands, as he/she was refused, even though he/she requested the victim to drink at the above 'E' restaurant on September 11, 2014.
