Criminal facts

The defendant is the president of the C Driving Institute located in Chungcheongnam-si, and the victim D (n, 16 years of age) who is a child or juvenile is the student who has been in the C Driving Institute.

1. From May to June 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by 18:40 to around 18:50, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s office of consultation with the said driving school; (b) entered the victim’s office of consultation with the said driving school; (c) laid down the victim’s bucks and spucks; and (d) spucks and spucks with the victim’s bucks; and (c) laid down the victim’s spucks and mucks with the victim’s bucks.

2. From May to June 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 19:40 to around 20:00, the break time of the class of a private teaching institute at around 19:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by gathering the victim’s chest by cutting the victim’s son at the victim’s hand during drinking water; and (b) drawing the victim’s son at the victim’s back, putting the victim’s son at the victim’s end, and committing an indecent act by cutting the victim’s chest on the part of the sports clothes of the victimized person.

3. From May to June, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by putting the victim into the said small lecture room by setting the so-called “Hdow,” in which the victim, who was located in the lower part of the said teaching institute, is putting the victim a shoulder of the victim himself/herself, who was in the front part of the said teaching institute. On the other hand, the Defendant committed an indecent act by putting the victim into the front part of the victim and the half of the victim’s bridge.
