A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an instructor who teaches English subjects as the president of a private teaching institute in the Hamyeong-gun in the Hamyeong-gun, and the injured party B (the age of 14) is a student who was enrolled in English and academic subjects in the above private teaching institute for about one year from around B, 2017.

3.
