Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants 203 of the 2018 Highest 2203, on a yearly basis, posted a letter stating that they sold merchandise coupons by accessing the Internet NAVER car page, and reported this fact to the victims who had contacted, as if they were to sell merchandise coupons by means of text messages, and Defendant B conspired to receive money from the victims by receiving merchandise coupons money from the victims by opening a bank account to be used in committing the crime, opening a bank account and opening a portable phone.
