Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 17, 2017, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, posted a false statement that he sells cultural merchandise coupons to the Internet site and to the Korean car page at the Internet site, and reported and contacted the above writing, the Defendant, at the victim’s house located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, would inform the Defendant of the 300,000 won number of cultural merchandise coupons if he transfers money.

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he did not have an intention or ability to inform the pin number of cultural merchandise coupons.
Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and transferred KRW 256,00 to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: E) in the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim.
2. On April 26, 2017, the Defendant against the Victim F, at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph 1. Around April 26, 2017, the Defendant would inform the Victim of the KRW 100,000 KRW fin number of the cultural gift certificates if he/she wired money to the Victim in the manner specified in the foregoing paragraph 1.

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he did not have an intention or ability to inform the pin number of cultural merchandise coupons.
Nevertheless, the Defendant deceivings the victim as above and transferred KRW 88,00 as the sales price of cultural merchandise coupons to the said Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the Defendant on the same day.
3. On June 12, 2017, the criminal defendant against the victim G would inform the victim of the instant 1. In the same manner as the instant 1. Paragraph (1) using the Internet site NAV and a foreign car page at the Internet site at the place of the said 1.m. on or around June 12, 2017, of the KRW 10,000 KRW fin number of cultural gift certificates.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and is on the same day under the name of the defendant against the victim.
