Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인은 2015. 11. 10. 20:30 경 혈 중 알코올 농도 0.095% 의 술에 취한 상태로 전 북 완주군 봉동읍에 있는 상호를 알지 못하는 음식점 앞 노상에서 부터 전주시 덕진구 견 훤 로 336 ( 인 후 동 1가) 북 일 초등학교 옆 도로까지 약 10km 구간에서 B 쏘나타 승용차를 운전하였다.

2. 피고 인은 위 1 항과 같은 일 시경 전주시 덕진구 견 훤 로 336 ( 인 후 동 1가) 북 일 초등학교 옆 도로를 위와 같이 술에 취한 상태로 위 쏘나타 승용차를 운전하여 명주 골 사거리 방면에서 안골 사거리 방향으로 편도 3 차로 중 1 차로를 따라 시속 미상의 속도로 진행하였다.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim C, such as brain-dead sugar, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim E and the fluor G (the 33-year old-age-old-age-old-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-long treatment, such as light dlusium and tension, which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
