Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 30, 2020, at around 02:05, the Defendant assaulted “C convenience store located in the Busan City, Jin-gu B, Busan.” On the front of the “C convenience store,” the Defendant reported 112, and received a recommendation for returning home from the slope E belonging to the Busan City, Jin-gu D Zone D District, the Busan, which called “Yeng, spawn,” without any justifiable reason, took a bath for the Defendant to go home from the slope E belonging to the Busan, which was called “YY-gu, spawn”, and the Defendant took the handphone on the front floor of E immediately before he, and she spawn the chest part of E with both descendants.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases by police officials.
