Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2018, at the main point of "C" located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon around 21:00, while under the influence of alcohol to other customers, E, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112, recommended E to return home, and the police officer belonging to the Incheon Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, Police Station D's House, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112, took a bath for E to walk at once, and E, recommended E to return home again, and thereby, assaulted E to walk at once.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
