Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Resident Registration Act;

A. On February 13, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime of February 13, 2012, using the resident registration number B around 14:35, the Defendant illegally used another’s resident registration number by arbitrarily inputting B’s resident registration number on the Internet “net” website using the resident registration number B.

B. On March 29, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime of March 29, 2012, entered a member’s resident registration number on the Internet “net” website via D’s resident registration number on March 29, 2012, and used D’s resident registration number unlawfully.

C. On August 3, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime of August 3, 2012, using the E’s resident registration number at a place where it is impossible to identify a place around 20:19, the Defendant illegally used another’s resident registration number by arbitrarily inputting the E’s resident registration number on the website as a DNA.

2. Fraud by using computers, etc.;

A. On February 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) connected the Internet game “H” to the said Glbbbat on February 13, 2012; and (b) received the name and resident registration number B from the said I by deceiving the victim B’s grandchildren I to the “H”; and (c) obtained the name and resident registration number of B by accessing the victim’s cell phone number and the cell phone number and the authentication number; and (d) purchased the netnet sofabba on the Internetnet website by accessing the victim’s name (C); (c) entering the victim’s cell phone number and the authentication number I known by the victim to the settlement book in total KRW 300,000,000,000 from the victim to pay the same amount.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by inputting information without authority into a computer or any other information processing device.

B. The Defendant committed the crime of March 29, 2012, connected to the Internet Game “Sburgy” around 20:19 on March 29, 2012, to the victim D’s wife.
