A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Accordingly, the Defendant displayed obscene images openly through information and communication network.

2. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number.

Nevertheless, around December 6, 2011, the Defendant entered the point (www. Pore.co.k) site, which is created through the sharing of Internet files, at the Defendant’s residence located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 2221 Dong 902, by entering the victim J’s resident registration number in mind and obtaining an Adidi’s membership, as indicated in the separate sheet (2) from July 19, 2012, the Defendant used eight resident registration numbers, such as J, etc. from July 19, 2012 to join the point-based site.

In this respect, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.
