Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Resident Registration Act;

A. On November 3, 2012, at around 18:12, the Defendants conspired to purchase a mobile phone in the name-free phone from the seller of the phone of the Defendants of Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, to purchase a mobile phone in the name-free phone from the seller of the phone, and used the Internet web site (htp://www.cosk.cos.k.) through the above E’s resident registration number (F), which was known to the seller, to deny the said E’s resident registration number.

B. On November 8, 2012, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, at around 17:06, the Defendants conspired to join the said E’s resident registration number (F) via the Internet Web website website, which was known to the seller of the said name-free phone in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph, and used the said E’s resident registration number by joining the said website as AD’s “G” and the htp’s/www.qdow.com.com, and the said E’s resident registration number was unlawfully used.

C. On November 9, 2012, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, at around 16:39, the Defendants conspired, using the above E’s resident registration number (F) known from the seller of the bitphones without the above name in the same manner as the preceding paragraph, the Defendants joined the Internet web site as AD’s “G” or the htp “H” and used the said E’s resident registration number unlawfully.

On November 21, 2012, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, at around 18:21, at the same time as the preceding paragraph, the Defendants conspired to join the Internet web site as Adi I, and used the said E’s resident registration number unlawfully by joining the Internet web site as Adi I, www/www.co., Ltd.) through the aforementioned E’s resident registration number (F) which was known from the seller of the bitphones without his/her name in the manner described in the preceding paragraph.

E. On November 24, 2012, at the same place as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendants conspired to use K’s resident registration number (L) known from the seller of the above name-free phone in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, and thereby, used the Internet web site: htp:/www. Dod.co.
