A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around July 2016, the Defendant sent a message to D (n, 15 years of age) via C, stating that “A around July 2016, the Defendant would request 200,000 won per page 1,000 male and female pornography who will engage in sexual traffic.”
The recruitment of sexual traffic women is around that time, and around that time, it is recommended that children and juveniles E (n, 15 years of age), F (n, 14 years of age), and the above D be engaged in sexual traffic, and 80,000 won out of the price of sexual traffic 150,000 when engaging in sexual traffic, the defendant and 70,000 won should have a person engaging in sexual traffic. Instead, the defendant, by using mobile phone display such as "G", connects the men wishing to engage in sexual traffic with three persons, such as the above E, etc., and moves her female to a female in which sexual traffic is conducted, and if a sexual traffic occurs with men, the problem was resolved.
The Defendant: (a) arranged three persons, such as E, to engage in sexual traffic; (b) had children and juveniles E drink receive part of the price for sexual traffic with the Defendant’s profits; (c) had children and juveniles receive approximately 20 times a day average of approximately 20:3 times a week to around 3:4:00 per day from August 1, 2016 to August 21, 2016, coloring the men wishing to engage in sexual traffic with mobile phone display cases, including “G,” and received 150,000 won from them; and (d) had them gain sexual intercourse between three persons, including “I”; and (e) have them receive 80,000 won out of the price for sexual traffic; and (e) have them receive approximately 20 times per week average of approximately 20:6:00 per day from August 1, 201 to August 21, 200; and (e) have them receive approximately 20 to 26:4,000 male and female drugs.
Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in mediating the purchase of sex from children and juveniles as a business.
