Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of 150,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Criminal facts

On July 2, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Jeonju District Court on September 16, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju Prison on September 16, 201. On September 4, 2012, the court issued a summary order of one million won as a crime of bodily injury to the above court on September 4, 2012, and on November 21, 2012, issued a summary order of one million won as a crime of assault to the above court on 23 occasions, and the same type of criminal offense was committed as follows.

1. 3. On April 2012, the Defendant had a bad appraisal of the victim since the Defendant paid a fine by exercising violence to the victim I (n, 59 years of age).
