Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving juice 125cc without a license plate.

1. On November 19, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, on the 17:3rd day of November 2012, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, passed a three-lane road over the 119-lane road in front of the 119 Safety Center in the Jin-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Jin-gu, Seoul, along with the three-lane road, and proceeded vertically over the three-lane road above the center separation zone with the Corporation’s three-lane road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while neglecting the vehicle line and neglecting the front line, went through as it was by negligence from the three-lane gate of the Marind Corporation, instead of neglecting the front line, led the Defendant to the front quile part of the Defendant’s Dapppppppppppp car driving, which was going along one-lane from the three-lane gate of the above part.

The Defendant suffered injury, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately three weeks of treatment to the victim E (V, 60 years of age) who was accompanied by the said occupational negligence.

2. On November 19, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, the Defendant operated the 500-meter section, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, from the front day of the chill-dong in the Jeonjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government without a motorcycle driver’s license, to the front day of the 119 Safety Center.
