A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around September 21, 2017, the Defendant posted a notice stating that “Sales of moistures” on the Internet (D) bulletin board at the Internet’s trading site, at the building in Daegu-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house, and said that “The Defendant will send KRW 65,000 to E who reported and contacted the said notice.”
