Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From April 1, 2017, the Defendant served as the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and the victim C served as the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives from July 201 to March 31, 2017.

1. On December 5, 2016, at the above apartment management office around 10:0 on December 5, 2016, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by saying, “I am the victim, who is the chairman of the council of occupants’ representatives, as the accounting officer D, the head of the management office E, the residents of the above apartment F, G, and H Ho-ho, I am the victim, who is the chairman of the council of occupants’ representatives, “I am the victim, am the victim, such as am special, am special, am special, and peas, am special, and peas.”

2. 피고인은 2016. 12. 7. 10:00경 위 아파트 관리사무소에서, 경리직원 D, 관리사무소장 E, J호 성명불상 주민 등이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자에게 "도둑놈의 새끼가 어데서 임마, 이 자슥아, 지금이라도 임마, 미안하다고 하고 임마, 이 새끼, 대가리를 숙이도 뭐 할 놈이, 니 도둑질 해묵은 거를 내가 증명 하잖아"라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

3. 피고인은 2017. 1. 14. 위 아파트 경비실 앞 마당에서, 아파트 경비원 K, 미화원 L, 성명불상 노인정 총무 등 많은 주민들이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자에게 "임마, 이 자슥아, 도둑질을 해묵고 이렇게 뻔뻔스럽게"라고 큰 소리로 말을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
